New Goals, Again

I need to look up my old new goals. For all I know, these are exactly the same goals ... but, here we go:

  • Eat more often, and stop failing to eat after workouts. Recovery-chow is your friend.
  • Sleep more.
  • Complete at least one cyclocross race this season without dying.
  • Complete A Good First (Imperial) Century in October.
